We are proud to provide our clients with estate management to assist with the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of your property, as well as resolve any problems that may arise.
Our skilled team of in-house personnel and subcontractors are able to provide tailored services to meet your needs.
No job is too small.
Estate maintenance and management provides our homeowners with a single point of contact for any type of home or property service need. We work with each individual homeowner to customize a property care plan that addresses property upkeep, preventive maintenance and repairs. We are also available 24/7 for emergency maintenance items that may arise.
Our plan is to put a proactive system in place to regularly service and monitor the various components of the home to avoid as many maintenance related problems as possible. Systems we oversee can include septic systems, wells and water systems, water treatment and cleansing systems, HVAC systems, lighting control systems, security systems, water alert and humidity controls, landscape and irrigation systems, pool equipment, generators, and many others depending upon the specific property.
We communicate directly with homeowners and provide regular reports on the results of maintenance visits so that our clients are always up to date on the status of their property without having to handle such items themselves. We strive to nurture long-term relationships with our clients by designing a stress-free, routine maintenance service. Our goal is to simplify home ownership for our clients so they can enjoy their property without the burden of regular upkeep. So sit back, relax, and let us handle the details.
If you are interested in any or all of our services, please reach out directly to our Director of Estate Maintenance and Management Max Boatright.
Director of Estate Management
I was born & raised in Austin, Texas. My family had properties around the greater Austin area that my father and I did all of the repairs and maintenance on as far back as I can remember. We had a plethora of “fixer uppers” and that is what we spent much of our time doing when I was young. I formally entered the construction field in 2009 with a local commercial electrical company and spent the better part of the next decade learning the electrical & construction industry.
My family and I moved to Virginia to take over as the Director of Estate Maintenance and Management for Duhring Construction. I love the fast pace of work, accomplishing tasks for our customers, and I very much enjoy developing long-term relationships with home owners and their families (and pets)!
