About Our Leadership
Max Boatright
Director of DUHRING Maintenance & Management
Born and raised in Austin, Texas, Max Boatright brings a lifetime of hands-on experience and a deep respect for the art of property care. Coming from a family with historic homes, ranches, and estates across Central Texas, Max developed an early appreciation for craftsmanship, problem-solving, and the satisfaction of service. His career in construction began at just 14, working alongside seasoned professionals who instilled in him the importance of diligence, integrity, and expertise.
Max earned both his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and his Master’s degree in Social Work from Texas State University, where he specialized in advanced practical leadership and building complex, multifaceted support teams. This education, combined with his technical background in heavy equipment repair, HVAC systems, and complex electrical work, allows him to provide not only meticulous property management but also the highest level of client service and trust.
As Director of Maintenance & Management at Duhring Construction, Max is dedicated to preserving and enhancing the homes entrusted to his care. His guiding principles—accountability, transparency, and a client-first approach—ensure that homeowners receive expert advice and proactive solutions tailored to their estate’s unique needs. He values long-term relationships built on trust and strives to simplify homeownership by delivering seamless, stress-free property management.
In 2022, Max joined Duhring Construction, followed by his wife, Catherine, in 2024. The company is owned and operated by her brothers, Will and John Duhring. Together, Max and Catherine oversee the management and growth of the Maintenance & Management division.
Outside of work, Max enjoys spending time outdoors with Catherine, and their two sons, Parker and Graham. Whether tending to their yard, discovering new activities, or simply enjoying music together, he embraces a life of curiosity, adventure, and family.
With Max at the helm, owners can feel confident that their properties are in the hands of a knowledgeable, ethical, and dedicated professional who treats every property as if it were his own.
